Wood-destroying organisms like Termites, Carpenter Ants, and Carpenter Bees can compromise the integrity of your home or business. At Easy Buzz It, we offer comprehensive WDO (Wood-Destroying Organism) inspections, expert treatments, and customized plans to eliminate current infestations and safeguard your structure long-term. Whether you’re protecting your home, managing an active issue, or preparing to buy or sell, we also provide official WDIR (Wood-Destroying Insect Reports, NPMA-33) to meet real estate transaction requirements.

We do not inspect in areas less then 16 inches tall, or treat areas less then 18 inches.

Wood Destroying Insect Reports;

start at $100 for >2000 sq ft house (incl. garage/additional structures), price goes up $25 per additional 500 sq ft.

Powderpost Beetle treatments;

Borate Wood Treatments, Start at $2 per square foot, min $125. This treatment also assists in control of fungal growth.

Termite Services;

Trelona Annual Termite Bait Stations, starts at $5 per linear foot around perimeter of structure (incl. decks, porches, etc.)

Liquid spot treatments due to active termites at time of bait install, $400 add on to the initial for the first 10 feet, then additional areas requiring treatment charged at the per foot rate.

Liquid termite treatments start at $10 per linear foot, $15 if drilling is required. We do not offer full liquid treatments at this time.

Carpenter Ants & Bees,

Can be added to existing pest control service if no activity at time of initial service for a $15 up charge per service (Excludes log cabins and wood siding). For curative treatments, the price depends on the level of infestation.

We are currently only able to offer re-treatment warranties for our termite services, we do not currently offer damage replacement warranties.

​

Vapor Barriers $2 per square foot, cover over 90% of crawlspace ground, minimum 12 mil polymer material. Minimum $250 purchase.
